Terms and Conditions of ONE TOUCH.BG
About making online order.
1. These Terms and Conditions determine the order, terms and conditions of distance contracts /order placing/ between ONE TOUCH.BG and its customers, as well as all other relationships and disputes arising from this contract.
2. These Terms and Conditions are mandatory to ONE TOUCH.BG and it's customers. The customers agree to the Terms and conditions when placing the online order. The customers verify the delivery with their signature on the bill of landing, where is strictly mentioned what's inside the package. The contract is considered signed from the date of the delivery.
3. The customer has the right to return the product in 14 days period after the delivery date only when the products isn't used and is in the form and amount that is no different from that of the delivery of the product and in its original packaging. The returned item must be accompanied by the bill of landing.
4. The returning of the product must be done by the courier company / Post office with which was delivered and the shipping cost must be paid by the customer. Another way of returning is personally to ONE TOUCH.BG store address: 43 Strahil Voyvoda str., Varna, Bulgaria. For products shipped in a manner different from the said above, ONE TOUCH.BG is not responsible.
5. When the customer wants to return the product in situations other than those described in point №3 the customer must contact ONE TOUCH.BG by e-mail on office@one-touch.bg or using our contact form.
6. ONE TOUCH.BG ensure the return of the paid amount, unless the value of the courier service for the delivery and return of the product only in cases of implementation of section № 3 of the Terms and Conditions. The refund of the paid amount will be made differently depending on how the payment was made.
